Onboarding included

Every purchase includes onboarding help. Kevin will walk you through the setup, answer questions about your layout, and make sure everything is working the way you expected before he considers the build done.

Small questions are free

Quick questions about your display, a setting you want changed, something that doesn't look right — Kevin handles these at no charge. Big development work (new modules, major layout changes) is scoped and quoted upfront.

Management plan option

The optional management plan covers remote monitoring, software updates, and proactive troubleshooting. Best for Airbnb hosts and businesses who want someone else keeping an eye on it.

Response time is best effort — typically 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. Kevin is one person, not a support team. If that works for you, great. If you need guaranteed SLA support, this isn't the right fit.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

Does it work without internet? +

Most modules need an internet connection to pull live data like weather, radar, and calendars. The display itself runs locally on your network, but it does need WiFi to stay current. If your internet goes down the display will show the last cached data until it reconnects.

Will it work with my existing TV or monitor? +

Yes, as long as it has an HDMI input — which almost every TV and monitor made in the last 15 years does. You can also use it with a computer monitor you already own.

Do I need any technical knowledge to use it? +

None at all. Kevin configures everything before it ships. You plug it in and it works. The only thing you might need to do is connect it to your WiFi on first boot, which takes about two minutes.

How long does it take to arrive? +

Lead time is typically one to two weeks from when Kevin confirms your order. Everything is built to order so there is no shelf inventory.

Is there a subscription fee? +

No. You pay once and the display runs forever with no ongoing fees. The optional management plan at $9–$15 per month is the only recurring cost, and it is completely optional.

What if I want something that is not on the module list? +

Kevin builds custom modules when something does not exist yet. Describe what you want and he will scope it and give you a flat price.
